Credit card
Accepted: American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard, Visa.
Not Accepted: Pre-paid credit cards, Laser, Maestro, debit, or Switch cards.
Ensure your limit is adequate to cover the excess.
Form(s) of ID
A valid photo ID (Passport or National ID).
For the rental you will also need two forms of proof of address that is the same as on your driver’s license.
Drivers License
A full license held for minimum of 1 year with no major endorsements.
If your license is not in Roman alphabet (i.e. Arabic, Hebrew, Greek, Russian or Chinese) you need to bring an International Driver license and your domestic license. If you’re renting abroad (outside the EU) International drivers license is usually required regardless of the alphabet. International driver’s license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
Voucher
A printed version of your voucher must be produced on arrival at the rental desk.
If you do not present the required documents, the documentation is not valid or you do not have enough funds on your credit card, the car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle and no funds will be reimbursed.
